heald therapy support space:
welcome, take a look around

Sometimes we need a little extra support outside of the therapy room.

This space has been created to share helpful resources, information and support services that you may find useful — whether you are currently in therapy or simply looking for somewhere to start for help with your mental health.

important: crisis support

If you are in immediate danger:-

  • Call 999 for an ambulance;

  • Go straight to A&E (if you can).

if you need urgent advice, but are not in immediate danger:

  • Call NHS 111;

  • Visit NHS 111 online;

  • Contact your GP for an emergency appointment;

  • Contact your local Mental Health Crisis Team.

  • samaritans 24/7 crisis line - 116 123
